• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Important – Switzerland, Norway, Estonia & Monaco
If you are returning your order from Switzerland, Norway, Estonia or Monaco, the cost of the return must be absorbed by the customer.
We strongly advise that you use a tracked service, as we will not be able to accept liability for lost parcels or any additional fees incurred.
Please forward us your tracking number as soon as your return has been sent.
You must include a Customs Declaration Form on your parcel and clearly state the export reason as “Returned Goods”.
Failure to do so may result in additional taxes or import duties, which will not be covered by us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 working days.
Any returns received outside the 30-day period are accepted at the discretion of Overland Retail Limited. If we decide not to accept your return, we will contact you via email or letter and send your items back to you.
All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If your card has expired or been lost, please contact our Customer Care Team. Once issued, refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Please note that in cases of unusual return activity, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate measures.
